		<description><![CDATA[City officials, government, and poorly advised people are more then problem then the  mortgage scams. In a lot of cities like mine it is the counsels or mayors or planning and development people who can yea or nay helpful programs. I think most of it here is How to get a businesses in instead of keep people in. It seems to me they will gladly do away with a lesser area to grow an &quot;Ideal&quot; part of town.]]></description>
